"If I could give 10 stars, I would. Our tow hitch broke just as we were starting a road trip. They did that in a couple of hours. Then, it turned out the alternator quit. One of the employees volunteered to stay after hours to replace it because it's not a big deal on a 2005 Silverado. And he wanted to help us get back on the road."
